These workshops are all practical based by involving people in the use of Indian Head Massage techniques and Basic Reflexology hand massage techniques. Meditation and relaxation techniques are demonstrated to help lower anxiety and stress levels.

Inspirational Therapies have done workshops for the NHS directed towards staff and for the Fife Carers Centre directed towards parents and carers, who care for people with disabilities or long term health problems.
